How long does it take to process and ship my order?
Orders are processed and shipped between 5-7 days. Please note, pre-orders ship 5-7 days after pre-order goes live and available to ship.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we have a warehouses located in Germany so we ship internationally. Please allow 5-10 days for Europe/UK and international deliveries. For questions or concerns about your international shipment, reach out to us via the contact page or reply to your order confirmation email.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you can track your order once you receive a shipping confirmation email which includes a tracking number. All shipments in the US are processed with USPS. All Europe/UK orders with DHL
Will I get an email when my order ships?
Yes, you will receive an email with shipment confirmation and tracking information.
What if I receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item!
Just give us a shout via our contact page or reply to your order confirmation email. Please include pictures of the damages and your order number (starting with "LDC-") and we'll make sure you are taken care of.
What is the Return/Cancellation Policy?
All sales are final once item has shipped.
